Broker AssociateBorn and raised in Midland, Justin is a proud graduate of Midland Lee High School (2009). He went on to earn his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Angelo State University in 2013, fueling an early passion for entrepreneurship and innovation. His career led him to the DFW area and Austin, where he worked with a startup featured on Shark Tank, before returning home to Midland in 2016.
In 2017, Justin entered the real estate industry with a local firm and quickly developed a vision for a fresh, client-focused brokerage experience. That vision came to life in 2018 when he founded Welcome Home Property Group. After earning his Real Estate Broker’s license in 2022, he continued to grow the company and expand its footprint across West Texas.
In 2025, Justin partnered to launch Brix & Co. Realty, a full-service brokerage specializing in residential, commercial, and farm & ranch real estate. That same year, life got even sweeter as he and his wife welcomed twin baby girls, officially becoming a family of five.
Justin and his wife, Addye, enjoy a full and family-focused life with their three daughters. With the twins arriving in 2025 and big sister Collyns leading the charge, Addye now enjoys being home with their girls, creating a home full of energy, giggles, and a little glitter. Together, the Willmon crew loves traveling, spending time outdoors, supporting the community, and exploring new food spots across West Texas.

AgentJames Fuller, a Midland native, completed his high school education at Lee High School in 2009. Upon graduation he furthered his studies at Texas Tech University, earning a Bachelor's degree in accounting. Over the years, he has gained valuable experience in real estate, working in property management for five years and handling finances for a private real estate investment company. His expertise also extends to residential and commercial real estate.Outside of his professional life, James treasures moments with his wife, Emily, and their two daughters Ella & Stevie. He finds his joy in the company of family and friends, and passionately follows Texas Tech sports, and unwinds when he can at the lake.
AgentSam Segundo is a West Texan through and through. A 2009 graduate of Big Spring High School, Sam obtained a finance degree and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Texas Permian Basin in 2012. Upon graduation, Sam turned his internship into a full time position at a private wealth management firm in Midland, TX. In his decade and a half tenure, he would go on to serve as Vice President of Operations and provide exceptional service to his clients. Sam eventually would move on and did a short stint at a well respected financial planning firm before stepping into fatherhood and real estate. Sam looks forward to serving families and being a real estate advisor to all those he comes in contact with.Sam, and his wife Shelby, welcomed their first baby in May 2023, Saxton Roy. In Sam's free time, you can find him spending time with his family, on the golf course, or at his local church.
