Born and raised in Midland, Justin is a proud graduate of Midland Lee High School (2009). He went on to earn his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Angelo State University in 2013, fueling an early passion for entrepreneurship and innovation. His career led him to the DFW area and Austin, where he worked with a startup featured on Shark Tank, before returning home to Midland in 2016.

In 2017, Justin entered the real estate industry with a local firm and quickly developed a vision for a fresh, client-focused brokerage experience. That vision came to life in 2018 when he founded Welcome Home Property Group. After earning his Real Estate Broker’s license in 2022, he continued to grow the company and expand its footprint across West Texas.

In 2025, Justin partnered to launch Brix & Co. Realty, a full-service brokerage specializing in residential, commercial, and farm & ranch real estate. That same year, life got even sweeter as he and his wife welcomed twin baby girls, officially becoming a family of five.

Justin and his wife, Addye, enjoy a full and family-focused life with their three daughters. With the twins arriving in 2025 and big sister Collyns leading the charge, Addye now enjoys being home with their girls, creating a home full of energy, giggles, and a little glitter. Together, the Willmon crew loves traveling, spending time outdoors, supporting the community, and exploring new food spots across West Texas.
